BACKGROUND

Bryan Wilcutt is a driven, tech-savvy software engineer and technical project manager who possesses 25 years of professional experience in embedded software  engineering, entrepreneurial establishments, and patent development.  Mr. Wilcutt has successfully managed software development projects and has significant management experience. Bryan has served as CTO or Partner in several  successful technology starts-ups. As founder of Stax Enterprises, Bryan developed and pioneered the first concept Network Management Control System (NMCS) for heterogeneous devices. This technology was sold to Comtech EF Data. Bryan’s NMCS components have helped forge the IP-over-Satellite market. He had helped Comtech in designing and developing over 30 successful products.

In 1999, Bryan partnered with the founders of SearchUp.com and helped develop the Pay-Per-Click concept used by that organization. SearchUp.com and their IP were successfully acquired by GoTo.com in 2000. SearchUp.com’s Technology is now ubiquitous to the modern Internet Search Engine.  Bryan continues to work with these partners in developing technology-for-market concepts including a recent endeavor with Receipt Collection processes for eWallet.

As a volunteer, Bryan has served as chairman for Citizens for Fostercare and Adoption Reform (CFAR) and is an active member of the Foster Care and Adoption community as well as Big Brothers/Big Sisters.  He is married and has four children.
